We are opening Monday June 15th.

We, of course, have some restrictions:

1. Everyone must respect the 6 foot distance, There will be lines on the floor to maintain that.

2. Please bring your own mat. If you do not have one you are welcome to purchase one of the old mats for $5 (they have been disinfected)

3. Pillows and blankets will no longer be available. Bring your own if you like.

4. Masks are suggested until you get to your mat, as there tends to be a bottle neck at the entrance.

5. There will be no child care at this time

Group Class Schedule

Monday:

Just the Poses (heated room) – 9:00-10:00 AM

Beginner – 6:30-7:15 PM

Tuesday:

Chair Yoga – 9:00-10:00 AM

All Levels – 6:30-7:30 PM

Wednesday:

All Levels – 9:00-10:00 AM

Barre – 6:30-7:30 PM

Thursday:

Chair Yoga – 9:00-10:00 AM

Just the Poses (heated room) – 6:30-7:30 PM

Saturday:

Beginner Yoga – 8:30-9:30 AM

All Levels – 10:00-11:00 AM

Pricing

Your first class is free!

Drop-in rate $10 per class

$54 for a 6 class punch card (6 month expiration, transferable)

$68 single/ $102 family 1 month unlimited classes (non-transferable)

Also available at your own time:
Semi private classes: Classes for just you and some friends!
$15 per person (minimum 3)

Private Classes: Classes created specifically for you.
$40 for 1-2 people
